Adopt  Volunteer

Misty is a wonderful girl who is full of life! She loves attention and will happily approach anyone for a good fuss! She enjoys training, tug / rope, stuffed animal toys, big walks, and playing with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Misty is highly motivated by food, which will certainly help with her future training!

Misty is lead trained and knows how to sit for treats. She has spent time in a home environment and is already house trained and crate trained; however, adopters should be aware that this training will still need to be reinforced in the future. As with all of our dogs, Misty will need an adopter who is committed to her ongoing training and will set firm boundaries.

Misty has visited our local town and was unbothered by passing cars and new people. She was also happy for strangers to approach her.

Misty's Story

Misty was abandoned in a local village. Thankfully, she was rescued and brought to the shelter by a kind local woman.
