If we had to describe Chewie in three words, we'd say that he's laid back, affectionate, and loyal!

Despite his previous treatment by humans, this adorable boy is very trusting, gentle, and extremely kind. He loves life, everybody, and everything! Chewie walks beautifully on-lead and enjoys playing with toys, particularly chasing balls, which he'll sometimes bring back to you!

Chewie recently visited our local town and proved himself to be very confident, happily walking past road works, traffic, and new people. He wasn't fazed by anything.

Chewie's future adopters must to be mindful that he will need to be groomed on a regular basis. That being said, he's quite happy to have his nails and hair cut, as he's such a chilled-out guy!

Chewie's Story

Chewie was abandoned by his previous owner, and when we found him, he was in a terrible state – starving, skeletal, and covered in matted fur. He has since had a good bath, a much-needed trim, and many good meals! We're now working on increasing his weight so that he's fit and healthy for his furever family.

Chewie's estimated date of birth is July 5th 2021. He is medium in size. Chewie could live with sensible children, dog-savvy cats, and / or another friendly resident dog. He could also live in any home environment, from rural to urban.
