Brenda is looking for sponsorship. She is about 8 years old and when we rescued her she was chained to a tree; her bed was broken glass and she had just had puppies, but they were nowhere to be seen. We had witnessed the owner of Brenda beating her over the head, so the municipality supported us in rescuing her. Brenda is a sweet girl but her fear and insecurity mean she is a bite-risk, so she cannot be re-homed. She loves her food now and is much better than she is in these photographs. Whoever sponsors Brenda will also be given the photo's from the day she was rescued.
