Tigger was abandoned by a petrol station, he was scared and at serious risk of being run over.  It took us a long time to catch him but when we finally did we discovered that he had already been neutered.  This means he has either been owned or neutered and released.

Tigger is very scared but he is happy in the shelter and loves his pack walks and regular food.  We can now touch him and we will continue to work on his confidence.  We doubt he wil be able to rehomed due to his fears but we will try our best to help him.  He would love a sponsor to share his progress.
