My story

Hopper and his brother, Cricket, were rescued from a garden in Dryanovo during our 'Day of Action' in May. After taking refuge beneath some metal sheeting, the pair put up quite the protest as our team carefully brought them to safety. Thankfully, their adventure ended with a happy rescue!

Hopper is a wonderful little puppy with a fun-loving personality; playful, bouncy, and full of mischief! Alongside his cheeky side, Hopper also has a more sensitive nature, and he's looking for a home that will help him continue to blossom into the confident dog we know he can be.

Hopper is a clever boy who learns quickly and is already making fantastic progress with his training. He walks nicely on the lead, travels well in the car, and is doing well with his crate training. He's also been enjoying trips into Dryanovo town. While the sights, sounds, traffic, and people were a little overwhelming at first, this is simply due to his lack of experience, and he's growing in confidence with every outing through positive socialisation.

Hopper would thrive in a quiet, adult-only home. We'd love to see him live with another friendly, confident dog who can show him the ropes, although he could also be happy with experienced adopters who are committed to continuing his confidence-building journey. Hopper hasn't yet been assessed with cats, but cat-testing can be carried out on request.
