My story

Last June, Riri and her sister, Raya, were rescued as tiny puppies by a compassionate woman in Sofia. Although she primarily rescues cats and desperately wanted to help, her small apartment was already full, and she simply didn't have the space to bring two puppies into her home. Instead, she made sure Riri and Raya were safe by arranging for them to stay in a veterinary clinic, a dog hotel, and then with a loving foster family before entering our care.

This petite, pretty girl absolutely adores people! Whether she's known you forever or has only just met you, she'll be straight over for a fuss and plenty of affection! In fact, Riri loves nothing more than jumping straight into your arms for a cuddle! She's genuinely full of life and approaches every day with excitement.

Riri gets on well with other dogs after gentle introductions and enjoys canine company once she feels comfortable. She previously lived with younger children in her foster home and got along beautifully with them, so she could happily live with sensible, dog-savvy youngsters. She hasn't yet spent time with cats but can be cat tested upon request.

She is crate trained, house trained, lead and harness trained, and knows the 'sit' and 'lie down' commands. She's eager to learn and a very clever girl, making training a breeze.

While Riri loves fun and play, she would be happiest living in a quieter rural or semi-rural home, where she can feel relaxed and comfortable in the calmer environment she prefers.

With the right family, Riri is going to make a wonderfully loving, loyal, and entertaining companion!
