I understand that Street Hearts BG take rehoming dogs very seriously so, if my application form lacks sufficient information, it could be rejected. I understand that the submission of this form is the first stage of the Street Hearts BG adoption process. If shortlisted, I will be required to attend a video interview where I will meet the dog I am interested in, and a home check will be conducted. I understand that Street Hearts BG charge a non-refundable adoption fee of £595 per dog for UK adoptions (£450 for dogs over seven years of age). For adoptions within Bulgaria, adopters are asked to make a donation of their choosing. I understand that, if my application is successful, I will be required to collect my dog from a designated collection point.
